99Rpm — selling duplicate part inside original cover with no seal | |||||
I purchased a left mirror for my bike, as the stock mirror of my bike is giving some vibrations (No damage of mirror infact). I got the left mirror from 99rpm in a bajaj genuine box pack, but to my surprise the seal was already broken and when i inspected the mirror quality, eveything matched with the stock mirror except the mirror quality which is the important factor of a rear view mirror. The image in the new mirror was distorted and i became 100% sure that this is not an original part. When dropped and email to 99rpm about the issue, they insisted to show me some pics of both stock and new mirrors. I somehow manged to get the pics with difference, but 99rpm replied back saying this is not incluced in warranty and no refund. Totally furstarted, and i have to go physically to a store to get the original mirror. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had ordered 3 items on 4th October and after delays, I received only one item which was damaged and then when I sent them photo proof’s of the item that it is damaged, they didn’t reply me and the other two items I haven’t received yet and I want a full refund of my order and I have mailed them multiple times but I didn’t get a reply till now.
