online after 4 to 5 days snapdeal courier boy was came at home and picked up the inline blue skate as same condition as they parcel it. But till date i. E. 05. 01. 2018 i dont received my payment. Snapdeal have 7 days easy return or replacement policy and also courier boy of snapdeal which was collect my product told me that are you getting your money within 04 to 05 working days i returned my product on 25 dec 2017 but till date as mentioned above i dont received my payment...

Actually the website of snapdeal is not showing the correct status of product when i was trying to track my order it was showing in transit (Delhi) and when i recieved the product the website again showing in transit, not dilivered so i was unable to cancel the order then i tried to return the product and raise a return request which was cancelled by snapdeal and now i am not able to return the product but i don't want the product, i want refund for that...

complain about my refund balance
