Snapdeal denied to initiate refund even after picking up the item
courier and reached snapdeal warehouse. Snapdeal denied to initiate refund because they said my account is suspended due to suspicious activity. If user is facing issues with the product received, and its returned, its snapdeal's responsibility to initiate its refund as per its policy of no questions asked refund policy...

The call was from snapdeal online (not the genuine snapdeal) . They told me a gift for you from Snapdeal. But you need to purchase some item from Snapdeal website and she told to select and tell he in phone of 5000 fro, there is a assured gift (gift like iphone, led tv etc. such other expensive gifts)... (complaint)

Fraud snapdeal

I have called the snapdeal customer service and they had assured me that they will give me a replacement. Prepaid amount is not refunded after returning product
which was ordered on snapdeal on 10th feb 2017, but i haven't received my amount credited to account. Snapdeal seller fraudly delivered me wrong item. He took my order. And delivered me wrong item from other source. Then he cancelled my original order in snapdeal after i recived wrong item . FCUK Red Dress/Not picking up the item after return has been created.

ltr bajaj geyser on Snapdeal. The geyser started leaking in 3 months. As i was under warranty i asked for replacement which didn't happen. After calling customer care many times as a regular job I finally got a replacement as a time being with a 50 lts geyser. They told me it was for sometime. Received duplicate and wrong product
I have ordered on snapdeal. com with Order ID: 18474745648 Prc Mosquito Net Double Bed Pink Border for 1106 rs, they have sent single bed net, I have requested replacement and they have said they will replace it and picked it back and then refused to replace it saying it has passed our quality check, how it can pass their quality check if i have ordered for double bed and received single bed, and they are not even ready to replace it just saying cannot replace the product... (complaint)
