I have got bsnl land line connection on seniority basis in my name about 25 years back with deposit of rs. 3000/- now the land line no.[protected] not working for the last one month. Immediately i have booked the complaint in number. 198. I have also contacted the toll free number[protected] ten times. But still the problem is not solved and no response in the bsnl side. Please arrange to rectify the problem immediately.
