Using Purifier from AO Smith, have raised the request to change the filters on 21st May 2018. They kept on updating the request saying I didn't respond to call, in reality, no one called. I only called up the allocated resource after no updates say he is there in another part of Bangalore and cant attend the request and today I had called the customer care twice but they said its escalated but nothing has been done in reality. Also again just now the request is updated saying its on hold as I didn't attend the call (See attached Photo below). I wonder as the company is headquartered in Bangalore and they don't care to attend for 5 days here only what would be the state of the customers using this pathetic service s in other cities. Please help to get the filters fixed immediately.
