Ao smith water purifier: raised request for amc renewal on 30th apr and also for replacement of filters as they had worn out. After a week on not receiving any response i called up their cs and was promised a call back. The so called technician, informed me that there will be a price revise and they will get it sorted in couple of days. After 11 days when i call back they again inform that a technician will call back. Evening when there was no response, called again and cd agent informed ticket is not assigned to any technician till now. On further enquiring, she transferred call to senior executive who heard all the problems and promised immediate action and a call back from technician and to have him fix the same for me by eod. 11 days have been back to bottled water in-spite of paying 24k for one of their top of the model purifier. Worst part is with a kid at home, its become more of a struggle. If they cannot release a revised price plan why hold up a request for 11days in anticipation of a future price revision which they are not sure of and no providing any resolution for the issues i am facing. Are companies allowed to hold up request just because they are anticipating to revise the price of amc? And why are they not held responsible for their action that cause utmost discomfort to cudtomers? Was this information helpful? | |||
