My name is Rahul. I have applied for permanent driving license two months ago which the Driving license Authority, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana, told will come in two weeks at my home through courier.
In the receipt I received, the phone numbers are mentioned of courier company. Not receiving the driving license for more than 45 days, I called them up for getting the status.
They hardly pick up the phone even after 3-4 back to back calls. Even if the person do, he either talk rudely or doesn't respond properly. He just say "aa jyega aa jayega" without listening my query. He doesn't even ask my name, my application no. or anything, then how can he say it will be delivered. Its been more than 2.5 months and I know nothing about my driving license. If I need to re-apply or just wait for it.
