Aadhar Card — Aadhar card linking rejected.

Sir,
Today I received SMS from BW-CBSSBI wherein it is said -"Dear customer, Your Ac. No. XXXXX636944 linked with Aadhar No. XXX09832 has been Rejected by NPCI.

I would like to know why is my Aadhar no not linked whereas it is mandatory to link AADHAR no. in Bank Account as per Bank Norms.

Sir, Today I received SMS from BW-CBSSBI wherein it is said -"Your business is valuable to us. Kindly submit to your Home Branch prescribed documents of identity and address by 30.06.2015 for continued account operations
