My experience with aadhi maruti, coimbatore:

“my biggest mistake in life is i bought car from this showroom”

First time servicing issue:
1. Service station person took my car from my home but didn’t inform me that he took my car for delivery. After 1 hour i personally called him and asked for the car. Then he informed that he “forgot to inform me (What???)”. I am legally eligible to say my car has been theft. Thought that first time hiccups, i bared it.

Second time servicing issue:
1. Before actual kms run, servicing person voluntarily came home and said that if i am maintaining proper servicing record then only insurance will cover, so he suggested to fill a form. But i don’t know the reason why the servicing guy ‘ticked’ all the servicing boxes and got sign from my wife, very next day i received sms saying the servicing is completed. Is it just to create fake record for maruti to showcase? Actually it is a really a fraudulent activity. Is it how maruthi service showrooms making money??
2. Time mode change – always i m getting this issue whereby servicing guys changes the time. Am i expected to drive 10kms to go back and correct it?

Third time servicing issues:
1. Again before actual kms, service centre person is forced me to give my car for servicing. This time i drove the car and explained all the minor problems to correct it along with water service.
2. Reason for delay – i gave my car for servicing on 24-oct but i received only by 30-oct. Why this delay in servicing a new car?
2. Spoiler issue – the spoiler paint was not properly done, so asked for repainting (I informed during second service itself, but no response). After 5days when i personally called the servicing person, simply he said its ready. What stopped them to inform customer? Very poor notification system
3. Rs.500 service coupon – servicing person is not accepting the coupon provided by aadhi maruti. The delivery person needs the exact amount as per bill, so i settled full amount. No coordination between admin, coupon dept and delivery dept?? This is really a big issue on poor customer satisfaction perspective.
3. Horn issue and cleaning issue – loose contact in horn, this is very basic for any servicing centre. I spent my own money to fix this.
4. 23 kms drive during servicing – how this is possible? Does maruti has rights to drive my car for unnecessary reasons? Noise & smoke check checks are required only after extensive kms driven, but why they checked all these in just less than 10000kms??

This is to inform you that i purchased maruti Alto 800 lxi in aadhi maruti, saravanampatti branch on 25/08/2017 TN 38 CK 3539. From the beginning itself the car has front wheel was wobbling issue which was intimidated in the service station at the time of every service. But the issue was not rectified so far. My car recently service date on 06/03/2022. During this time also the issue was registered, but the issue was not rectified. But the service person doing the wheel alignment only and then service supervisor is telling the wheel disc was bend. Hence kindly take necessary action and do rectify the issue.
I have given my maruti swift car for services, my car was returned back to me with a lot of scratches. I complained to the service centre-Aadhi Maruti, kalapatti branch, coimbatore-641045., they took my car and gave me an alternate car which had a lot of dents and scratches all over. Spare car was very difficult to drive as it had hard gears and steering. They took one week to give back my car and finally when they took back the spare car, they charged me Rs.4000/- telling me that I did some scratches in the given spare car. It is really bad to take money without even justifying it. I did not scratch that spare car anywhere. service person-Gowtham very tactically took the money from my wife without informing me. I took this issue to his senior officer- Antony, but till now there was no update on this. I want my money to be returned immediately. Otherwise, I will raise this issue to the consumer forum and further take it legally. Aadhi maruti, kalapatti service branch has very poor people to provide customer services like this.
