Never never never hire sunil sharma for any work.

I moved from noida to usa on 31st march 2017. Sunil sharma took my household goods on 1st march 2017 with a promise to deliver to usa within 45 days at all cost. He gave us a note (Not a formal one) and said once he has verified the goods he will give us a pukka bill within 5 days. After 5 days to the next 15 days we kept chasing him for the bill but he said tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow which never came and then stopped taking our calls.

We then went to his office at in some god forsaken place at shalimar bhagh (How we reached only we know just a week before leaving for usa). We were shocked to see the location (Had i seen the place before i would have never given my goods to him). When we reached he did give us the bill because he had no choice.

After reaching usa he disappeared and stopped taking calls and we had no clue where our goods were (It was sooo scary). Sunil sharma in 1st week of may sent us the msg that our goods has reached usa and sign some custom clearance form. After sending the form he then disappeared. The custom clearance form had some other transport agencies name in new jersey – gateway freight. I then called them in end of may and the man shashi who assisted me was very helpful and gave me all the required information. To my shock shashi told me that my goods have not yet reached usa and will reach on 22nd june. With lot of persuasion and difficulty (Not getting into details) my goods finally reached me around the 20th of july.

I got another shock which was that there was 1 item missing which was the hoverboard (6 months old, almost new condition, rs 40, 000) and sunil sharma had no clue. The chase began again. Hoverboard got tracked…. It was in mumbai customs as it was not allowed to be shipped and sunil sharma did not know about it. I kept chasing him for my hoverboard. After a month or som he send me a msg that he has the hoverboard which he deliver to my relatives in noida which he has not as yet. My relative a few days back called him to check on the hoverboard and he told him ‘i am drunk right now so call me tomorrow to take my manager’s number’. My relative sent a boy on 4th dec 2017 at sunil sharma’s office (Sunil sharma confirmed that he will give the hoverbaord) and sul told the boy that he does not have the hoverboard. The thief sunil sharma has kept the hoverboard with him can you imagine that he has kept the customers thing and not giving it back!

My experience with sunil sharma and aakash international packers and movers has been horribile and tortorous. If i were in india i would have sued them.

My relative sent a boy again on monday (11th dec) and sunil sharma gave the hoverboard (He had no choice) and my relative checked at home is it in a bad condition with scratches all over and is slightly broken and is not working. Sunil sharma has roughly used it and wanted to keep it for sure. Now i realize the reason why he did not give me pukka bill so that he can keep things and we have no proof

This company has no staff. He delivers goods through sunitrans transport agency (Justdial.com/delhi-ncr/sunitrans-logistics-pvt-ltd-kalkaji/011p1509406_bz
Det) in new delhi who in turn give the contact to gateway freight in new jersey (Gatewayfrt.com/). There is no need to go through sunil sharma one can directly contact gateway freight at usa for any delivery of goods from india to usa.
