Aamod Resort - The Boutique Club — fraud fraud fraud

Aamod is horrible. I visited halidram and was trapped by someone telling me that if i fill this form i get a free gift. Therefore thinking it was halidram i did and next thing i saw i was in a dingy office being given a foreceful presentation with [censored]ty looking girls around and being forced to swipe my credit card. One girl who looked very shady appears to be the head started to force up to pay 1.2 lacs and said there is an emi of 8000 a month. They showed us all these gifts that did not exist to our surprise. After this we ended up paying 20k. This money o[censored]s has gone waste and when we went back the next to day to get our money back. They literally threatened us and sent us away. To my surprise there were more innocent people around being frauded. Im posting a petiion with the government to shut aamod resorts and sent the owners to jail. Im sure this trap will not last and these people will soon run away after collection enough money. Make sure you do not go and attend.

We have received the same call for scratch Lucky voucher. Same kind of propaganda they are creating with innocent people. They call to give you samsung mobile/Laptop/Surat Diamond/holiday voucher. But in all cases you find only holiday voucher when you scratch any card. They are traping in name of rest gift options. Actually they are traping innocent people to get their membership by creating drama in hotels. One thing more important they will call you to accompany one female member, so that they can create scene to convince you.

Its a fake company and no body respond you, highly unprofessional employees when asked them about booking they said u are not able to avail holidays. I take this membership in last 9th feb2020 and till date i am not even avail a single holiday.I already paid 95000 rs and nobody bother.And company employee said that their is no refund process of this membership and if you want to file case against our company then you have to come to gurugramcourt. I stopped paying further.But if its a huge group like club mahindra then why there is no refund process.Totally fake commitments.I highlight this issue and i want my money back at any cost.

Hi I visited central mall for my usual shopping and was cornered into filling up a form to win a free holiday. I then was harrassed and chased by the phone calls of Pooja to come with my husband and collect the so called free gifts. As it turns out nothing was free. We entered the mall on MG road and went to a dingy shop which this company had with taken on rent. Last week I have been fooled by Aamod. The made me fool by offering there attractive membership worth 90000 rs. They are not providing any kind of services.
Their sales representatives are making false promises with the customers and hiding all the terms and conditions blindfolded. When I asked them to tell about all terms and conditions in advance they said no sir there is no hidden charges and all properties are owned later when I made the payment there sales head trying to be more smart and just took my signature on the documents. when i asked let me just read throw they overreacted nothing is there only basics which i told you.

I really want this to get this organization close as they are cheating many others too.

They are completely fraud.

I need my money back.

In our last reply, we had asked you to share your unique membership id and payment receipt but didn't get the same till date.
We are surprised to see that you keep on posting the reviews against us but not interested to get the resolution or your money back however we have done several follow ups with you to get the required details and is keen to resolve your issues.

Its clearly indicating that your complaints are fake and your statements are malafide.
We would suggest to stop posting such fake reviews against us else this will put in legal jurisdiction for a very long time for defaming our renowned brand.

This is our last suggestion to you to stop posting such things by using different names and amounts which nowhere exist.

We have already registered a complaint on Cyber Crime portal and whosoever is responsible for tarnishing our brand will be brought to justice.

I have bought the membership (number TBCD3C10213) from chandigarh and been offered 5 years plan with stay in 4 to 5 star hotels but when I got my documents it's only for 3 years, secondly the booked hotels are not even 3 stars and out of the list they given to us. The person Nitin and Pinki who sold us the membership offered us the stay in punnamada resort (kerla) but booked us for another hotel which I refused to stay. Then the customer service team started saying I am the one who agreed to this hotel where as I was only convinced by them because of punnamada resort to buy the membership. Now the whole team is not answering my phone and emails including the customer service. The whole process of booking a hotel with them was so stressful.All I want now is full refund for my money paid as I don't trust them anymore.

Our issue has been resolved
The company's Representative 'Smita' has approached us and explained the problem. Now we are still keeping the membership with them. Our issue has been resolved.

I have trapped by Reema and Priyanka in Welcome hotel they both force innocent people to take their membership and will say only Rs1 will be deducted from your debit card and whenever your want, you can cancel it., then I have raised my issue to their gurgaon corporate issue with Smita Roy but she also said nothing can be done and no cancellation with full refund.

I want full refund back. I do need to give my membership number as Smita already knows it.

Waste of time,

They call you several time to come over for 30mins(which goes more then 1 hour until they take money)to collect the 2 nights 3 days free stay in resorts.

If you are not convinced to take the membership by paying them on the spot, they will make excuses - will be wasting time until invited guest are felt insulted and leave with nothing.

Moral is if you won't take the membership they will give you nothing so just ignore such fraud company.

Kindly spread this as much as you can so that such companies stop wasting time.

All credit goes to call center team and ofcourse Mr Alex so called GM of the company, has no shame of disrespecting the invited clients.

It's All fake nothing has been resolved. No one called or email they are marking it as a Resolved by themselves without any contact.

This platform has become such an easy way to resolve things without contactingthe client, so that company can show how good they are hence can continue making fool of clients.

My self Rajesh jain from panchkula my member ship id isTBCD3C10180, I Purchased this membership on 12th jan 2018, at that time they promised us that they will provide two free coupens (holiday vouchers) but when we tried to book for holiday they denied every time . and they said that in this season we can not book for you. Then this pandemic came and they stopped answering calls and none of the number is working now. We had given the amount of Rs 50000/-
