They will call you for free voucher. Then they will start with their 3 hrs meeting (Which they said would be of 45 mins). They will do anything to make you buy their
Membership and will fall price to any level. Even they (Aamod resort agents) came to our home when we didn't got convinced to sell it.
They (Aamod resort agents) said 4 adults can travel but then they asked rs1250 per night for 4th adult per night which would just double the cost of membership. They
Promised they will provide us with bookings whenever and wherever we want but when we actually asked them for bookings, first they altered our dates by 2 days then,
Again they changed the available dates and son on. This all happened continuously for 5 days with no result. Even they didn't picked our calls for several days.
Then we sent a mail for cancellation of membership, so he said you just take your request back and we will immediately provide you the booking.
So, i did the same but nothing happened in our favour. Now finally we have lost all our money which is non refundable according to their policy (Aamod resort). I
Request you to please share it as much as you can so that others are not fooled and lose their money.
Even the free voucher was not free. At last, they told you have to pay rs700 per head per night.

We have received the same call for scratch Lucky voucher. Same kind of propaganda they are creating with innocent people. They call to give you samsung mobile/Laptop/Surat Diamond/holiday voucher. But in all cases you find only holiday voucher when you scratch any card. They are traping in name of rest gift options. Actually they are traping innocent people to get their membership by creating drama in hotels. One thing more important they will call you to accompany one female member, so that they can create scene to convince you.

PLEASE BEWARE YOURSELF.
Myself pramod I also trapped from this type of call and get memberships for 3 years paying 59000/_.
When ever I plan for any trip there customer executive tell email to provided website but they refuse to any help, and finally I drop it and go by mmt or oyo, this type company should shut as soon as possible and government should take strict action.
This happen three times.
If any one know how to make complain so I can take return my money kindly help me.

Company is looting the public by giving attraction free vouchers LCD and so more.
Getting Rs59000/ in returns nothing, when ever I plan for any trip they Denise and tell me there greetings for this inconvenience, this happens every time. I want to FIR on this fraud company .
Exactly same thing happened to us. Only difference is that we had the membership on 21st Jan 2019 and I have requested the cancellation on 24rth Jan 2019 timely as per the process.

Still they instead of simply cancelling it had put so many things in the email and told that even though we were eligible for full refund they had to deduct almost 29k from the actual 50k amount I paid to them.

They just play with human emotions and as I have been kept saying it's costing my wife's health. I do not want to continue anymore and please initiate my full refund.

Hi I visited central mall for my usual shopping and was cornered into filling up a form to win a free holiday. I got the phone calls of JYOTI to come with your wife and collect free gifts. As it turns out nothing was free. We entered the mall on MG road and went to a dingy shop . this week I have been fooled by Aamod. The made me fool by offering there attractive membership worth 95000 rs.
Their sales representatives are making false promises with the customers and hiding all the terms and conditions blindfolded. When I asked them to tell about all terms and conditions in advance they said no sir there is no hidden charges and all properties are owned later when I made the payment there sales head trying to be more smart and just took my signature on the documents. when i asked let me just read throw they overreacted nothing is there only basics which i told you.

i want to cancel my membership.I need my money back.

Also requesting govt. officials and Auditing team to please take action against such agencies or have the norms such that they won't refuse customers in having the refund of their hard earned money. When you visit they say they have all the provisions for customer benefits and the cancellation process is one of them. Won't believe I have almost 40 email communication with them when it was just a matter of few minutes or hours to take the action and close the issue as family was not interested in this offer, anymore.

This is doable and please action and close it.

What a heck. Harassment at it's best. No emotions, no acceptance only business and that too on the cost of people's trust.

When I requested timely for cancellation on 24rth Jan 2019 they did not accept it and now accepting it with the date of 19th Mar 2019 and deducting almost 65% of my money as per the below note I received via email, from the 50k I paid them.

" Total deduction of Rs.33, 000/- balance Rs.17, 000/- will be refunded to you through cheque mode in 920 working days from the date of receiving cancellation. "

Note: See they mentioned balance amount to be refunded in 920 working days...HAHAHAHHHA..

PLEASE REFUND OUR WHOLE HARD EARNED MONEY.
GUYS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF SUCH FRAUDS...

Purposefully the team did not accept our refund request made on 24rth Jan when we were eligible for entire refund.

They drag us to the situation where they just PASS THE TIME SO THAT THE MAXIMUM DEDUCTION CAN BE DONE.

And they are sort of succeed in their intent, since they are now deducting our 65% of HARD EARNED MONEY from the 50K amount we paid.

I NEED COMPLETE REFUND...as per the request made on 24rth Jan 2019 itself or whatever amount we were eligible as per 24rth Jan request.

I am really feeling CHEATED and HARASSED. Why any request doesn't make any sense to you.

We had the request recordings with Smita/Sadhna/Anwar then why you waited so long to REFUND our HARD EARNED MONEY.

Initially I feel you guys are like us normal people who will understand our pain and will initiate the request ASAP. Instead what you guys did, drag us to the situation by PASSING THE TIME SO THAT THE MAXIMUM DEDUCTION CAN BE DONE.

What sort of customer services and customer understanding is this.

I seriously beg of you guys to please refund our HARD EARNED MONEY. For you the amount would be nothing but for us this is a huge amount...

Don't Harass more, please initiate our COMPLETE REFUND.

We had made the initial request on 24rth Jan, so please initiate the REFUND as per that and obliged us, if you guys are really serious on our concern.

We entered the mall on MG road and went to a dingy shop which this company had with taken on rent. Last week I have been fooled by Aamod. The made me fool by offering there attractive membership of 60000 rs. They are not providing any kind of services.

Actually I take this memberships for my honeymoon in Phuket but when I reached for my booking they reply after 15 days and said you need to pay 25000/- for these resorts but when I checked that resorts I get it only in Rs20876/- just looked how they cheat with customer means I have to pay Rs 70, 000 instead of 20, 876 then why should I go with Aamod, when I told him to return back to my money they simply say you talk to customer care in company.
I have only way to this moment to go with police station or court otherwise kill these rascal so these people not harassing the poor and innocent people.

I really want this to get this organization close as they are cheating many others too.

They are completely fraud.

Hi, I am Aakash kapoor. I took membership from Gurgaon and finally got it in 60000 for 12 nights with no EMI cost + Toshiba LED.. also a DAE membersip which i was about to receive in 45 days.. but till today i had not received the DAE membersip. Now the main concern is when i got call from customer care Mr. Nitin Alexender who sold me the membership immediately told me that he will personally reimburse the EMI cost and ask to tell customer care that i have not gone for EMI.. and i did the same.. total cost of EMI is 7101(approx). Now he is not picking my phone.. please guide what can i do?? Also note his contact details[protected]... Attaching a screenshot of chatimg with him.. he is a very irresponsible.

Dear Concern,

This is in reference to complaint of Mr. Aakash Kapoor purchased a 3 Years plan vied membership id TBCD3G10225, paid amount of Rs. 60, 000/-

Now first thing as per customer care information member had some issues regarding booking (requested on peak season) and counts of nights, which was clearly resolved, as member was provided booking at Bhimtal also count of nights and he was petty satisfied and was willing to post a positive review over google, till 2nd May, 2019 member was in touch of customer care, but after that he never raised a concern regarding DAE enrollment, LED or Interest amount / EMI.

We initiate 2 layer verification to maintain complete transparency, now member never mentioned anything over call or form as he has accepted, however he is completely entitled for the LED and DAE enrollment if still not done, we will initiate a call to member and resolve the concern at the earliest.

Do not go for it in any case and they tried their best to trap you but its their job to make money but things changes dramatically when you give money to them .Poor service and poor response .
Their representative language is different and after giving money they are not in picture and handover the case to their corporate and they are smart enough to prove that this is your fault .

I am continuously writing mails regarding refund and tried many times on phone calls but not a single response from their side. So i request to all who are in process to take their membership please revert me and I will share all my details and guide you.
CHEATS OF THE FIRST ORDER.

They have not still given me my refund tired of chasing them. Chor log.

When we have taken membership they have made big promises. Now on 20 August 2019 I have send them mail to to book our trip for Goa and refund the money of tickets as per agreement. BUt till to date they have done nothing.I have sent reminder also. But nothing happened till date. Big cheater they are.

Please don't take membership of boutique club they will never provide confirm booking, i have sent more than 5 booking requests but all were rejected by reservation team it's shocking BEWARE, to cross-check i have directly called aamod at shoghi reception they said dates are available for booking but reservation team of boutique club told dates are not available. I am trapped after taking membership on assurance of good service from sales manager (Miss pinki bora) now she is behaving like she don't care of his members.
Never buy Aamod The boutique club membership you will regret.
