Dear sir, i order an exercise gym band (Generic 1 set of 11 pieces fitness equipment resistance bands tube workout exercise y[protected]mg - order oid8735) on 23rd may 2020 and i made the payment of rs. 1874 by paytm. I received the sms on my mobile for the order "oid8735". On 27th may i sent an email to them to cancel my order and refund the amount. I dropped them an email on 27th may 2020 and received their reply on 29th may 2020 that they will cancel the order and initaite the refund. I tried to contact them via email multiple times as there is no customer care number available and received their replies that they are working on this but from the last 1 week, they have stopped replying to me. I checked the reliability of this webiste on google store and found that most of the people are victim of this website and it is a fraud website. Could you please take an action to block such type of websites and if possible help to get my refund back? Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had placed an order for webcam costing 940 rupees on 31st May 2020 and till date even after a month they have not dispatched the order. I wrote to them a week ago n they replied saying it's an imported product so wait for 2-3 weeks. They are complete fraudsters. Please take necessary action against them.
