I ordered a kurti from the website called www.aarzoo.in on 7th april 2018. Price of the order was 599 rupees with dilevery charges. The order arrived on 14th april 2018. The package which i received is completely different from what i ordered, the quality is very cheap, dress is different. When i tried to contact the website, the number provided was fake and when i called on that number it said that the number doesn't exist and the address was also wrong. The website even stated 7 day return policy but when i tried to log in with my registered email id they didn't took it. The website is a complete fraud and i want serious action to be taken against it. Was this information helpful? |
