Abb India Limited — gift voucher promised for renewal of insurance policy | |||
One of dd motors employee ms. Suman, called me up for renewal of insurance policy... My policy is supposed to expire on 25 april-18.. After detail discussion, i had renewed my insurance policy thru dd motors and ms. Suman confirmed that i am eligible for a gift voucher which will be dispatched to my house immediately... It is almost 3 weeks & repeated follow up, i am not getting any response on gift voucher... I don't know what is your company intention behind it... Every other day ur ppl make excuse that it will be dispatched today or tmrw... I am fed up with you ppl... Is this you call customer statisfaction... How disgusting it is... Why should i need call you for gift voucher which you had confirmed to me.. Don't make customer fool... If you can't give gift then you shouldn't commit the same to customer... I had a very bad experience with dd motors... I will not recommend anyone to purchase or renew the insurance thru dd motors...
