I have applied for migration certificate to Mumbai University. Their portal does not have correct tabs for education details. In spite o[censored]ploading all the correct documents, It keeps giving wrong remarks. Nobody pics up calls or verify documents. Auto generated replies keep coming. Chat box is also not working to resolve the issues.
Myself and my friend applied at the same time, We are from the same college, we got the transfer certificate and Bonafide certificate properly stamped and signed, In spite of submitting same documents with our respective names at the same time, University is biased with students. They issued the certificate to one and not issuing the certificate to another, though all records are clear, all correct documents are uploaded, they are being biased with me.
It is very frustrating.
Why is University playing with student's future?. Wasting student's time in this formalities. What is their problem in making full proof system? Why can't they give good service after taking the money to issue the migration certificate? Was this information helpful? |
