ABC — Sales Team - Poor service

This is to highlight that i had visited your Mira road store in Dec and liked the products but unfortunately our budgets didn't meet the furniture we selected to buy . We wanted to buy a sofa, we met the sales person Sachin and showed us a few sofa which were last piece and offered at better discount but some how we could get many options thus we asked him to inform us if they get any such products soon which will fit our budget of around 25- 30 k .

Later i googled and found kamothe store no and called there to check if they have any such options which we can happily buy . in the process Mr vishal who picked the call said to call after some time as he is having his lunch around 3 or 4 PM . I called up after one hour to surprise he told me he is still having his lunch and to call after some time . finally i called up after a good gap and he picked the call and assured that he will talk to Mira road branch to help you with more options and also introduced him self as RSM. I was happy to hear that i reached the right person .
I called up Sachin again at Mira road branch and he confirmed that Vishal called him and asked him to inform me on more options. He intact shared the pic and prices of the sofa which actually fit in our budget. We thought our wish is fulfilled but to our irony i kept following up for that for more than 8- 10 days, finally i was told that those sofas are already sold from warehouse and it's not available.

i was shocked with such response and really appalled to hear that . Since then i have called multiple times to Vishal who is very busy in opening new store and has no time for a customer who is continuously calling to check on product availability. and similar response from Sachin.

It left me with no choice but to escalate it to senior management that the sales team especially Mr Vishal has pretty poor response to a customer and it' will impact your business . I was amazed to see such a good store in Mira road and with great quality products but sadly the team is big let down .

Senior management needs to ponder over the issue i have highlighted, it not about a sofa and discount but about the sordid experience i had with team there .
