[Resolved] Abhibus Services India — bus late | |||
I booked a ticket from hyderabad to vizag. The bus arrival time is 8:30 and it arrived at 12:00. I waited 4 four hours for the bus. You people don't care about customers and doesn't have time sense at all. I missed my interview beacause of you. I'm never gonna book tickets from you again. Now when i'm submitting the complain, it is prompting me to type more than 350 characters or else my complain is not going to be dealt with. You are one of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. After waiting 4 hours for the pick up van, i had to stand for 30mins until i got into the main bus. Don't you people have the common sense to come on time and bring sufficient busses respective to registered people. There you go, you peice of # company. Was this information helpful? | |||
