Abhibus Services India — my refund amount of abhicash got expired

I had booked tickets from kavali to bangalore on 18th april 2020. Due to lock down extension the service got cancelled. I had opt to refund cash to abhi cash amount the amount is rs.3635.
Now that cash got expired. It is non promotional balance but still expired. How can i book tickets if there are no services due to lock down.
Can i know how can get my cash back?
Is it possible to refund my amount to my original payment mode.
I am trying to call to support iam not able to reach.
I raised a support ticket case no:[protected]. Still i didn't get any response.
