I have booked ticket yesterday (22-June) night at 11 58.
Ticket payment time 6 mins of duration.
And I paid online using Amazon pay at 12AM.
At 12 01 I able to see the error msg from Abhi bus app. Saying that ticket not booked.
Quickly I informed to Abhi bus team, and had a call. But they are not responded properly even rash on call.
Again next day (23-June) I asked them the status at least provide the Ticket cancellation confirm with that I can plan to book another but they are not sent back me anything and guiding me to book another ticket.
