[Resolved] Abhibus Services India — refund for bus type change midway during journey

I booled a bus with ticket number: as[protected] through abhibus. I was asked to disembark from a sleeper bus and made to travel in an eicher minivan halfway through the journey for no reason. I have escalated this issue to their customer care executives and they have refunded ₹300 out of ₹2350 ticket. I could have travelled in a normal government bus for ₹300, and they have given petty money refund for the inconvenience caused to me citing that the bus operator is agreeing for only that much amount. I have raised this issue to 3 levels of their customer service representatives and no hope. Such a horrible experience. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jan 16, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I have been contacted by a senior customer service agent from AbhiBus and have been assured that i would be completely compensated for my ticket . I have also been assured that they will escalate this issue and take action with regard to this bus operator so that it doesn't happen again. AbhiBus Services India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have given one complaint for the refund against Ticket failed. Complaint no- [protected]. Not solved till now. Iam not received any amount till three months.
