I had made a hotel booking on 22nd march, but even after the payment the booking was not confirmed and i had to book again. Initially i was told that the refund will be processed within 5-7 days, but now even after almost 15 days i am struggling for the refund. I had also placed a complaint with the below case number but every time i call for an update i get a reply that it is still pending. What is the matter?? Worst customer service i have ever seen till now. The call just gets disconnected if the cse doesn't have a reply to your query. On 7 th may 4:45 pm Rajdhani AC bus tickets booked amount 571deducted tickets not confirmed and till now not refunded ..I contact HDFC card customer care they told the amount Ur merchant credited in their account they given authorisation code for
that transaction is 081012

I have cancelled my ticket last Monday and I didn't get my refund money back till now..kindly lol into this and get back to me asap. It has been a week, and I am still waiting to get..this is so bad..
