Abhijit — I'm complaining about the product & service

I am writing this in regards to the disappointment in rejection of trouser in quality check. I had purchased a trouser in september 2017 and used it hardly for 7-8 times. Its just that i dint had time to submit it for quality check there was delay from my end in submitting trouser for quality check. Even though the trouser is washed only for 7-8 times, the trouser looks like its been used for over 5 years and more.

I was so disappointed when i was wearing this trouser in a party and my friends were laughing at me. After i got to know the reason, it was my trouser letting me down. The color of trouser is too faded that it looks like its been used for over 5 years and more. I had given that trouser for quality check and after 15 days i received a call from store saying that the trouser is rejected in quality check and is returned to the store as it is, you can collect your trouser. I was so disappointed after listening to those words. I don't even want to collect the trouser, keep it with you and have your brand ambassador use it.'

I have been a premium customer with louis philippe over a period of almost 10 years now. But this wasn't really expected from your team. I'm very disappointed with the brand. You guys are spoiling your brand name. I have many of my friends who are premium customers with louis philippe. I would never recommend the brand to anyone ever again. I'm gonna ask all of my friends whom i have referred to louis philippe to stop buying from louis philippe and also to end the membership with louis philippe. I'm ending the relationship with louis philippe.

Louis philippe has an advertisement on television saying 'rise above all'. Instead of rise above all it should be "fall below all". Aditya birla group is loosing its name because of the services and the products louis philippe is offering to the customers. I am very disappointed with your services and products. Its like louis philippe hurt me. Louis philippe have ruined the relationship they had with me over a period of 8-10 years.

I'm also going to complaint about this on couple of consumer complaint forums and talk to department of consumer affairs about it.
