Abhinav — I wasted my time, money, effort for three years they cheated me

I have selected abhinav for PR process, it's almost more then 3 years as of now. Before I could enroll with them, thy asked me I need overall 7 bands in Ielts and they will get me PR. In beginning I was scoring 6.5. But even I scored 7 thy have not done anything to my profile. Secondly without giving any intimation they moved there office to banglore which I came to know in the month of May when there was not response from there side n I enquired there staff didnt allow me to come to office also. After that I got connected with one of there customer care employee then thy informed me that there office is no more in Hyderabad. I was furious how thy can do like this so that we can speak to them face to face we selected that consultancy n from last three month without doing any work for my file thy are asking me to pay again. When I cross questioned to there regional manger about this she just simply apologized and gave me some excuses n was offering that she will process my file for free for three months .I asked her for refund as in 3 years they have not done anything in 3 months what thy will do my profile n I want to meet my consultant.
After that thy denied for refund n stop responding to my calls or mails.This was done I wasted my time, money, effort for three years they cheated me. I need justice for this thy are fooling clients.
