This a fraudulent post done by someone on behalf one of our clients Parinaaz Jumani and Mubin Jumani. Person who has done this post has misused name and email ID of Ms. Parinaaz Jumani . Ms. Jumani had a short and brief relationship with our company and the company duly addressed her concerns. On the date the post (November 17th 2017) has been done, there is no consultant-client relationship between the company and Ms. Parinaaz Jumani.
Here is the reply, received yesterday on 20th November, from Mrs. And Mr. Jumani when this post was brought to their notice:

Secondly if you read it says that I have got my Canadian pr which is not true if you go through the email correspondence between us there you will see what my problem was with your company wherein you see that I was misinformed abt the duration of stay in Canada inorder to renew the PR which is why I never wanted to go ahead with the process . Why would I write I have got my Pr . Secondly we have never interacted with the so called lady which is being mentioned . . How would we know someone like this exists and works for the company . . However our issue was resolved and we received our refund after deduction . . We assure you that we would never stoop down to such a shallow level in any situation in our lives . . We assure you our total cooperation and support to help you resolve this matter . .

In subsequent exchange, the Mrs. And Mr. Jumani has also assured of full cooperation should we wish to proceed with legal action against the person who has made above post that is fraudulent, highly defamatory and criminal in intent and content. Further they have informed that they never ever spoke to the lady mentioned in the mail and don’t even know of her existence in the company. Hence, comment on lady’s English is laughable. As well, She is working with the company only since last 3 years and not 19 years as posted. She worked earlier for little over a year in 1999 and then did not have any association with the company till very recently. She is a professionally successful woman who has come up in career and life through sheer grit and determination and has worked with some of the best-known companies in India since last 2 decades.
The person who impersonated and has made the post has clearly done it with malafied and criminal intention of causing personal damage to senior executives of the company and in the process to the company. He/she is not our client. The message is factually incorrect as well. In fact, readers would clearly see that content is highly personal and vindictive. Fact that this has not been done by any of our clients and misusing one of our clients ID also indicates that there is a criminal mind at work whose only objective it to harm individual(s) and the company at large.
Through this reply, we make request this complaint forum to immediately remove this post, as it has nothing to do with any deficiency of our service, the person who made this post is not our client but an impersonator. This entire post is fraudulent.
In addition, while IT specialists conduct further investigation on locating who made the post and IP from which it was posted, we hereby warn the imposter of strictest of legal action by our company. We give him/her an opportunity to remove this post within 24 hours of this reply and at his/her own discretion or face legal steps being planned and initiated by our company as well as named individuals.
