[Resolved] Abof.com / Aditya Birla Online Fashion — poor quality item sent refund not received | |||
I ordered a pair of clothes from pantaloons web site amounting rs 1979.00 but received very poor quality item which i returned. Now despite several email and repeated reminders online and calls they are not responding as i want refund. Ekart logistics and online merchants are duping the customers shamelessly. I have completely lost my faith in online shopping. What should i do to take on these rascals? Please suggest. Was this information helpful? | |||
