Good evening, I am Suraj Thonge from Pune(Maharashtra). I have registered to one consultancy which is located in Pune. He has taken 2000 from me for giving me calls related to job. In that scheme he had commited me that he will give me job(guaranted) within 3 months and if he will failed to give the job then he will return my 2000. He has given me only 2 calls from his side in 3 months and results of those companies are still pending. When I visited him he was saying that even if I will get selected for those companies then also he will not give me joining because 3 months has completed. At the same time he can use my money for 8 months but he can't give me joining upto 8 months because scheme is valid for 3 months. He said me that please mail me for refund. I did that and he has given me 15/07/2017 for refund. Means he is using my money from 28/11/2016 without giving any job call. Actually he must have to refund my money on 28/2/2017.This is my individual complaint. Same happened with my other friends so he is using all candidate's money without giving any call. One more thing is that while giving refund he is reducing 15% tax amount without any reason. So please can you help me? I am sending photos of my receipt. some people are calling from this fake website to job seeker's. they are saying that they are related with shine.com also.
they are taking 2700 as registration charges with saying that they will schedule interview in two mnc's. they schedule fake interview also. they take 6500 as profile verification as per need of the company and 9000 for e-profile. they take money by saying that all this money is refundable. many of the people have paid this amount through jd pay.you can see by searching careertreed/ careertreed review on google.
they send mail to people for interview and offer letter from the ibm compny, accenture company, wipro company etc. after providing offer letter from real company's mail, they asked for depositing near about 25, 000 for assurance that you will not leave the job. and if you pay any of the amount after that they stop receiving call from their side.
they take all the real documents from people as salary slip, current company offer letter, pan card, aadhar card, address proof, marksheets which they can use wrongly.
so, it is very serious issue because they are doing same from the last 2 years . many people have loose their money.
they talk with different name with different people as vidhi sharma, raj, preeti etc.
so, please raise this issue and try to catch and stop them.
i don't want to mention about me but if you are going to work on this case, i will give you more details. reply me if you want to raise this issue.
please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
