Today i went to purchase entrogermina 5 nos, at k4 branch, he said 208 is the cost i told him last sunday same medicine i purchased at aynavaram branch it came 200.50p for 5nos, this time how it will high i asked, for that sales person replied you go and buy there or give me the bill i will check and give you, then i asked him aynavaram branch is opend now, he replied yes you go and buy there, then i went there shop is closed, from there i came to anna nagar k4 branch, he locked the main entrance at 10:40 i requested him to give same medicine with same cost for that he replied i can't give now you go and buy outside, i told him all shops are closed i have been coming regularly to your branch, i begged with sales man his name i don't know but he is a physically handicapped he is telugu person, i told him this is for small kid don't behave like this, pls give medicine, for that he replied, today sales closed i told him you can give me the medicine take money i don't want bill, you pls bill it tomorrow morning, he refused, I am a apollo hospital employee if i make a call they will deliver the medicine, but i am buying medicine from medplus, today i felt very bad i should not buy anything from medplus, i my experience customer is main in the organization, pls give training for this kind of employees, Later i purchased with vihaa hospital, same 5 nos, My request is some time emergency patient also will be there pls tell them to help, Pls call me tomorrow morning Regards Sasi kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
