Sir, i left my maruti 800 cartn-30b-4345 for oil service on[protected] at abt salem, at that time staff told to me that water wash, wheel alingement, and wheel balancing will be done at free of cost. but while taking delivery i noticed only outer body wash done and the interiors were not cleaned further they have not given computer statements for wheel alignment and wheel balancing and this will seems arbitrary. while taking delivery i was hurry to attend some function so that i could not tell about the defects. later during feedback enquiry from abt staff i told the defects for that they have not responded. my car was being sent to abt last 10 years for maintenance. please give suitable instructions to salem abt staff to gain customer confidence.
