[Resolved]  AC Junction — Delivery of Display Counter Freezer without proper Insulation and drainage system.

I ordered two display counters to AC Junction ( TIN No. [protected] Shop No. 17, Chaman Lal Market, Gumti No. 5, Kanpur-208012 Contact :- +[protected] Mob :- +91-[protected] email - [protected]@gmail.com ). The counters were delivered to me on 22nd Jan 2013 with Challan No. :- (Book No. 02 S.No. 71). When I received the freezer counter I was shocked to see that the counter was lacking proper insulation so that the coolness can be kept intact in it. But when I raised my query against this defect, the company said that this is all that they can provide. As time passed I noticed that there is not proper drainage for the freezer counter. When the ice in the counter melts it stays inside the counter. Infact the water drips on to the milk-product(Bengali Sweets) kept inside the counter and damages the milk-product. When I contacted the above supplier/company(Mr. Jasvinder) they told me to wipe the water before it goes into the milk product kept inside it. But this process was not viable during night time. So the milk-product kept inside the freezer-counter started to deteriorate before its shelf-life making it economically impossible for me to continue selling it in my shop. When I further contacted the company(Mr. Jasvinder) for this defect, they promised me that they will come and repair the freezer counter. But no person came to repair it. I kept on calling the company proprietor but they seemed oblivious to my regular complaints. Slowly the electricity of the freezer started to short-circuit due to water leakages inside the freezer counter. When I again complained about this issue, the proprietor started ignoring my calls. Whenever I called him on his cell number(+91-[protected]) he send me a message stating that he is busy and will call me when he gets time. But that time never came.
