AC — Renault Scala
This is Joginder from Amritsar bought Renault scala on 19 April 2013. Since the time we have bought this car only one season AC worked properly.
Thereafter the car AC did not work adequately.
I brought this in notice on 5th June 2014 (Invoice No CRIA[protected]. In response the AC GAS FILLING was done. But again the AC cooling was not there.
Repeatedly at every service I reminded them of AC Problem but neither it was taken care of nor it was anywhere mentioned in complaint in their records.
I was asked to drop my car for few days. Which I did on[protected] to[protected] days) I was told that AC part required for my car was not available for the time being. So again it was postponed and underlooked.
Again I left the car on[protected] and picked up on[protected]. During these six days nothing was done.
Now my car warranty period will be finishing soon. When I brought this to their notice I was told that currently AC part supposed to be changed is not available. THIS HAS BEEN A PROLONGED REPEATED NEGLIGENCE.
Again I was asked to leave my car on 2-1-2017 to*[protected] at service center. Again AC Problem didn't resolve.
IF THE AC PART IS NOT AVAILABLE ITS NOT MY HEADACHE. THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO ARRANGE IT FOR MY CAR RATHER THAN MAKING THINGS SO INCONVENIENT FOR ME.
BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE SERVICE I AM CMPELLED TO TAKE HELP OF CONSUMER COURT.
