I have purchased near about 600 bags of cement form acc ltd dealer for construction of a house. Acc ltd. Cement was used from the foundation to slab. Quality / strength of cement is not up to the mark. On little raining slab leaks. I have registered a complaint regarding this on 7th january 2019 on [protected].
