[Resolved]  Accenture India — Accenture - HR Management & BGC

Hi, Good Morning,

I got selected in Accenture, Chennai as on 15th Sep'22 and was confirmed in that offer of joining as on 22nd Nov'22. However post a discussion with Priscilla Mark (HR Recruiter - +[protected] this has been changed to 16th Nov'22 and received the same of with new joining date.

Online document and acceptance of the data required has been uploaded. On 14th Nov'22 I received a call in late evening around 6:30 PM from Priscilla Mark (HR Recruiter) stating that we have pushed your date of joining as on 25th Nov'22 since BGC is pending coz they were not able to contact SPANCO BPO. I have already produced the Appointment letter, Reliving Letter and bank statement where the Salary of SPANCO got credited into my account.

Besides, I have shared my SPANCO BPO Manager number (Mr.Harikrishnan) in the period of 2013 - Functional Head of Training & Quality. The BGC team is not bothered to call his number to verify the existence of the company.

When the candidate produced the necessary available documents and when the company is got closed during the year of 2013 obviously no one will pick the call in the current year 2022.

As a common women, I am able to clearly google the history of SPANCO BPO; I am not sure how BGC team couldn't trace the evidence of existence of SPANCO BPO with the advance technology tools.

Basis this Accenture offer letter; I have dropped my papers in the existing Teleperformance Company & I have properly served my 60 days of notice period and relieved from that Organization.

Unfortunately before the joining date of Accenture, I got a call from Ms. Priscilla Mark stating still BGC is pending & extending the joining date from 25th Nov to 5th Dec'22. (This is the 3rd instance).

As a married woman, we are coming for job to address our financial situations. Now I am jobless & by trusting you people I have quit my job. Now please tell me is there any fault from my side? Without the candidate error I am suffering a lot & due to financial crunch I have decided to move on from Teleperformance. Can anyone please help me to get placed in Accenture as I have not given any fake experience or certificate.

No proper response from the HR team making me worried & I need proper justification for this.
