[Resolved] Accenture India — Conflict with Offer letter | |
Dear Support team, I am SREYAS KUMAR GANJI VENKATA SATHYA holding candidate id: C9996907 has been selected for ASE role in your esteemed organization Accenture. I received an offer letter on 25 August, 2021 and accepted the offer on same day i.e., 25, August, 2021 by following all the steps mentioned. I even got the text that "you have accepted this offer" after accepting the offer letter but didn't get any confirmation mail. I even got an mail regarding Accenture candidate status update On 1, September, 2021 and mentioned that I'll be onboarded in October. Since then i didn't get any mails from accenture. In authentication page it is again asking for offer letter authentication and after authenticating, it is showing the offer has been withdrawn because of no response from my end. I request you to reconsider my offer to be a part of Accenture. Kindly help me to solve this issue. I even raised a query in candidate portal but it didn't solve the issue and also mailed to campus.queries but there is no response from the team since 10 days. Sep 29, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Raised a query in Accenture Candidate portal and issue got resolved. Title of the complaint should be accurate and relevant to the issue. I kept title as "Reconsider offer letter" in my case and then got a new offer letter link. Accenture India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

I have received the offer letter on sep 8. But the mail was on promotions section. I didn't see the mail till yesterday (7 sep). I gone through the link just to see the offer letter is expired. Is there any hope for me ? I have raised a query in the portal too. My candidate ID is C10091296.

I received an offer letter on 2 April 2022 and accepted the offer on same day i.e., 2 April 2022 by following all the steps mentioned.
I even got the text that "you have accepted this offer" after accepting the offer letter but didn't get any confirmation mail.
Since then i didn't get any mails from accenture.
In authentication page it is again asking for offer letter authentication and after authenticating, it is showing the offer has been withdrawn because of no response from my end.
I request you to reconsider my offer to be a part of Accenture. Kindly help me to solve this issue.
