Accenture India — fraud by an employee

Hope this message finds you well. This is to inform you that eklavya bansal who is currently working with accenture and has worked with tcs (Associate consultant oct 2013), ibm and dscl fenesta has submitted fraud documents to get job.

Dear ibm hr: one of your ex-employees eklavya bansal (Package solution consultant june 2010 to sep 2013) who used to work in ibm india private limited, bp dart support team - merchandising, dlf it park, new town, ps rajarhat, district 24, paraganas (N), kolkata - 700156, west bengal, india with email address [protected]@in. Ibm.com had forged his past experience and educational documents. The work experience he gained in ibm was on the basis of fraudulent documents. It is unfair that he deceived the company. If this matter goes to media or in the market, it will spoil company's reputation. Currently, he works in accenture. He also worked for tcs and dscl fenesta. I am revealing this as recently he told me that he forged the documents and verification team could not make out. I find it unfair to let a fraud person work in a good company with forged documents. The experience letters and salary slips he provided were forged. I have attached his past projects details from linked in. I am hoping that all the companies where he worked and is working will re-verify his details and all documents and take action accordingly.

Hope that the reputed companies like accenture, ibm, tcs and dscl fenesta take appropriate actions. I definitely don't want the responsible authorities to blindly believe what i wrote. Please re-verify all documents, especially the ones submitted at ibm. I know he has forged so please feel free to reply with an update.
