I was called on 4th nov 2017 sharp 4:00 pm in navi mumbai gigaplex tower for interview related to help-desk for abu dhabi bank. I was informed i am supposed to join within 15 days. I went to the location on time waited there for around 2 hours in lift lobby within this 2 hours i have tried to contact akansha the point of contact in tower, after many attempts i connected to her on call and she informed someone (Vicky) will come down to pick me up, but she did not provide contcat details of the person. Some how i got the contact details of and he informed he is busy on something else and will be there shorty but that short time took long time. Though he manage to take me to interview location after 2 hours of wait. As i reached the place of interview on 3rd floor, no one knows who is going to take the interview. I again started trying to contact akansha but was unable to reach her after several attempts, i tried contacting vickey and he informed to contcat akansha as she is the point of contcat. Again it took more then 2 hours sitting there on floor and asking other hr if they knew who is going to take the interview, no one is aware, after some time vickey came up on floor but did not received any reponse from him. As i did not get proper response i left the premises without giving interview nor the hiring team contact me again to confimr if i wil be coming or not.

I thought to take this incident on social media, but i decided not to do so and giving you complaint if you can bring out changes in your hiring process.
