Accenture India — Interview happened

Team, Very sorry to tell this and shocked by getting an experience from a big corporate like accenture.
I have been refered to service now IT management and attended interview on 20th feb 2021 and it showed technical round is cleared and after that i attended HR interview and discussed. HR had told me that i will get a call on monday feb 22nd 2021 for the document upload process and after that offer letter will get. Then i waited till evening for the call on 22nd i didt got any response .so i reached my helping mentors number that presented in my employee portal and he get back with me by assigning an another interview called final interview and he told that it is my managers interview and i will be under him and he will ask technical questions also. Then i attended that one also i got a positive response from his side and he told hr will call me for the next process and he told we will meet soon. After that i waited for my HR's call and as usual i didn't got any response .up to that i was checking my employee portal and it was showing final interview assigned. And after evening i just checked my employee portal and it is showing there is mismatch in my qualification and skills.. So my question is not for rejecting., They have my resume with them so they can see my educational, experience details and skill set in it and i had clearely mentioned in there and in the interview as well. Not only that why it is shown Technical round is cleared. I didn't understood what had happened here kindly make clear of me.

An important note : actually above mentioned interview has to happen on jan 25th 2021. HR from your side had called me on 18th jan 2021 and scheduled interview for 25th. It didnt happened and i reached out my mentor and HR through mail and phone i didn't got any single response from their side and at last it happened after 1 month. I raised An incident INC589989 also i dint got any response.
