Accenture India — non-receival of retiral benefits and relieving letters

Hi team,
This is sunil (Empl. Id:[protected]. This is a complaint against non-receival of retiral benefits and relieving letters. I have called and mailed the hr services and finance services team on numerous occasions since may 31 2017 regarding the same. Every time i spoke with some i was asked to mail finance team regarding the same and at time was told that they are escalating this to hr and finance team for them to contact me and get this issue resolved. However since last 5 months the issue is still unresolved.
I have only received an email giving me the following information "as a part of exit formality an amount of rs.6, 394.00/- towards is recoverable from you." but seems no one is reading what is mentioned in the email.
Hence mentioning this again, i was told to resign on spot and when asked to give me time of 14 days and accept notice period for the same, it was denied by hr manisha masiwal. She also told me that by the end of the month i will receive my salary and final benefits and letters.
I was waiting for the level movement letter which was supposed to be on june 1 and for the bonus amount to be received the same month. Hence there was no point for me to resign. Still the resignation was forced on me without allowing to furnish and serve a notice period even for 2 weeks. As per the final settlement report 13 lop are marked for which i have to pay.
Hence i am forced to come to a conclusion that i was given wrong information by the hr and the people. Today also i called after 2 pm and spoke with pooja (Oct 31, 2017 @ 14:06 pm on +[protected] who said that issue is forwarded to the team and they will respond back in 48 hours. My alternate no: +[protected] was provided to her on call.
Requesting you to please look into the matter and clear my pf and letters at the earliest as i am jobless for last 6 months approximately as without these letters i will not get a job.
