Accenture India — pf transfer forms are being rejected by accenture. | |
I have left accenture in may 2018 and since then have been following up with pf team for my pf transfer. I applied online and the claim was rejected because they told me that because of some issue at their end, i can only apply offline pf transfer. I sent them physical forms in aug 2017 and they told me that offline pf transfer is not possible till mar19 because by then only my account will be rectified. Now that mar19 has passed, i am still not able to apply pf transfer offline or online and they have given a new timeline to apply after june 19. Accenture pf team is not responding to my mails now and there is no way to contact them. Its a very pathetic situation and i am feeling helpless. I never expected pf transfer to be such a pain. Epfo department's reply to my complaint: "your wages is less than rs. 15000/- but your employer has not remitted the pension contribution against your a/c. Please contact with your employer and resubmit the claim after updation of revised ecr from your employer regarding confirmation of pension contribution." Was this information helpful? | |

Did anyone get it resolved?
I got the below response after asking me to raise request for transfer. Wonder how many more years Accenture will take to transfer PF. This is frustrating.
Hi,
This is to inform you that EPS correction is undergoing in the account by the PF department. Hence there are some negative entries visible in your E-passbook. So, once it is rectified the debited amount will be credited back to the employee PF account and the whole contributions will be correctly reflected in the E-passbook. So kindly request to wait till JUN 2022 for completion of the EPS rectification.
I will keep your query status pending (Service request number:(PR1307957) till the issue gets resolved.
“If you have not received the required information with the above response as required even after 2 interactions, please reach out to us on [protected] ( select option 5 and then option 2 on the IVRS) between 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday”.
