By giving fake information about extra benefits which i have taken in some other genuine insurance, they told me to pay the amount for silver plan and that amount will be reduced from the insurance which i have taken early. As i believed them and i paid amount, later i get to know this company itself fraud. I called several times to customer care who doesn't care about their customers, most of time they won't pick up the phone. After hundreds of call they will pick up the phone and simply will say this belongs to some other department and will take another 3 days, likewise they delayed now its almost 1 month called since i asked for cancellation. I request the government to take necessary action and ban this type of fraudulent company so that other honest people won't fall this trap, and hard earn money will be wasted Was this information helpful? |
