Dear sir/madam,
My mobile got problem that unwanted software install after connect to internet. I visited your trivandrum service center "access technology" on 18.10.16 they asked me to come for collection 20.10.16. When i called for collection on 25.10.15 they says mobile is ready and can dispatch 1500 hrs, once i reach the service center came to know that mobile not yet attempt for any repair and the staff name rajev mob. No [protected] giving irresponsible answers. This all degrade your status in market.. And finally my mobile software not yet reset it take 2 more days they says.. This kind of service if you provided how we can buy your products. Every time when i am seeks your service very disappointing...
Even though this problem arises after my last update from same service center they asked 850 rs for just reset my phone with your softwares.. Horrible
