Add cash problem
Amount will be debited in my account., but axe2three app not created...pls solve the issue... Iam already 3 transaction same problem... many times this problem coming

With reference to your report we understand that your concern is regards to failed purchase and we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to determine your user id.
If the transaction was done through TPSL mode, the amount which is debited from your bank account and not added to your real chips would be added to your A23 account real chips within 3 hours (or) refunded back to your bank account from which you have made the purchase within 7-10 working days.
In-case, if you have not received the amount even after 10 working days, please do get back to us with the bank transaction statement from date of purchase to till dates so that we can check.
Hence we request you to share the user id or get back from your registered email id to [protected]@a23.com so that we could check and assist accordingly.
