At the outset we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Referring to your concern, we understand that you have made a purchase towards A23 Rs 500 on Date:04-January-2022, Rs 1000 on Date :05-January-2022 and amount was debited from your bank account but not added to A23 account real chips.
Please be informed that amount will be added to ace2three account within 3-4 hours or else it would be added to your bank account in 7-10 working days.
In-case, if you have not received the amount even after 7 working days, please do get back to us with the bank transaction statement from date of purchase to till date. So that we can check and assist you further.
However we have checked your account and we see that one of purchase of Rs 1000 on 05-January-2022 was added to your A23 account but got delayed. If you are referring to any other transaction then we request you to wait till above period.
