10th August disconnection issue I have a so many times complaint a23 customer service but no one regloved my complaint I am calling daily 4 to 5 times no one clear the issue I want my money it's a clearly cheating with the public it's wantedly created the service issue planning all the players money holding

Please be informed that we observed an unforeseen technical glitch in our A23 application on 10-August-2022 and few of the games were impacted.
We understand that you were impacted with the same and your balance was debited. After verifying, we have refunded the balance back to your A23 account.
