We purchased acer one 10 atom - (2 gb/32 gb emmc storage/windows 10 home) nt. g86si.002 s1001-19p0 2 in 1 laptop on 7th october 2016 from flipkart. its only been 4 days and it is not working. the problem being after its battery drained out and thereafter plugged it in to charge ; it has not started or switched on since then and there is no indication of it being charged while being plugged in.

Acer smart phone service center is not available in tirunelveli-tamilnadu, so i am not getting proper timing service, today speak to acer toll free [protected], they told service center available in near in madurai, if any one purchase in acer mobile kindly verified service center located place.
