Acer India — acer aspire 6 laptop

I got acer aspire 6 laptop before a month and I got OS issues from the 1st week i dont weather it is a software problem or hardware problem i getting that blue screen saying that YOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM which i have attached below in getting that blue screen as soon as i open my lap and start working and the lap got hanged and i have to restart and use the lap again and the blue screen again appears when i start using it .This goes on repeating.When i called to the service centre they asked me to reset tha pc amd i did so after resetting also imgetting tje same issue ….I called to the customer service and asked to register the complaint but they are not registering the complaint …..I have warranty as my lap was a new one .So please arrange the service mechanic to my area soon.
