It is highly disappointing to see that a consumer company like acer does not take after sale service too seriously, even if the issue is highly escalated. As per aforesaid subject i have been following up for an issue faces since june 14, 2017 however after months of enormous follow-up an engineer visit was scheduled & it was confirmed that hard drive was also replaced and issue has been resolved.
I was provided ok report as on august 14, 2017 by “cms it services private limited”, issue note – 46145 and ran no./call number[protected]
Now, the first time when i am operating my notebook post issue resolution, i am again struggling the same. System is not being able to remain active for more than 15-20 minutes, post which screen blackouts. The only possible action is to power it off and then start again. This is heights of mental torture when i am just wasting my time & energy for getting this laptop rectified. Every time i have been promised that there will be no issue in future but i am still in the same standing. Let me know if the issue can be resolved once for and all or replace me with a new product. I am also escalating the same on consumer forum & on my twitter handle. Hoping this time the “customer service” will be taken on a serious note Was this information helpful? |
my new laptop battery was not giving backup for even 1 hour and is draining very fast . I had purchased this 1 month before . So I request u to repair as it comes under the warranty period.
