Acer India — acer laptop registered case id 2422445i | |||
The first laptop ordered on 4-apr-2017 via flipkart was a defective piece delivered with a software problem, flipkart got it replaced on 10-apr-17, the replaced laptop worked fine for 4 months now again having problem... I registered my complain on 15-sep-17 (Case id 2422445i), also personally went to acer service centre gurgaon, at first instance they said it is battery problem shall get it fixed by evening... Then in evening at the time of delivery they denied stating mother board is having problem... I am chasing for current status of my laptop now more than 10 days... Till date no update.. Called several times... Customer care and customer service centre of acer in gurgaon is pathetic... Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
