Acer India — delay in the laptop service

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i have given my laptop for repair in under warranty one month back still i have not my laptop back the service center peoples are saying they are waiting for the material from the acer company (Mother board replacement)

I am very wondering that no one is giving the exact date when it can be repaired all customer care peoples saying you have to wait until material comes it means to say i need to wait for whole year or what?

New case id : 2688909i (Directly handed over to service center)
Old case id:2677405i (Requested for on site repair)

I dint expect like this poor service from the acer company kindly repair soon or replace me the new laptop immediately before i approach to the consumer court.

Sir, in my Acer predator gaming laptop has power button issue, the problem is I have to press long time the power button to switch on the laptop please fix my problem
