Acer India — Extension Warranty payment issue

I have purchased new laptop on 12th Oct'16 from Vijay sales(Ahmedabad) and today i have done with the process of warranty extension after doing payment i got an error and payment deducted from my account and after that i call on [protected] 3-4 times but i am not getting proper respone and just telling that concern person is not there so please call later or our concern person will call but i hvn't got call till now.

I purchased a acer laptop on august 21. As per onam offer i am eligible for a speaker system and that will come by courier within one month. As per instruction given by sales satff I enter the details in acer india site and paid the courier charge. But till date not yet recieved my gift
